PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent unintended charging/discharging by detecting whether a contactor between a first power supply and a second power supply is abnormal.SOLUTION: When a vehicle 1 is activated by turning on an ignition switch 24, a controller 14 executes detection as to whether a failure occurs to a contactor 15 using an output voltage Vc of a capacitor 11 detected by a first voltage sensor 25 and an output voltage VB of a battery 12 detected by a second voltage sensor 26 before starting an internal combustion engine 22. The controller 14 determines that an ON-failure occurs to the contactor 15 if an absolute value of a difference between the output voltages VC and VB is not more than a predetermined difference for predetermined time in a state in which the contactor 15 is instructed to be cut off by turning off a contact relay 16. The controller 14 prohibits execution of idling stop if determining that the ON-failure occurs to the contactor 15. |
