<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanical forging press machine which enables rapid and highly precise adjustment for pressing speed in press working at high load to be attained economically with a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: A servomotor is used as a main motor 11 for rotating a flywheel 12 of a forging press machine 10. Servomotors are superior to widely used motors in responsiveness, stopping precision, etc., and therefore, when the same is used as the main motor 11, rapid and highly precise adjustment for pressing speed in press working is attained. Since the system enables crankshaft 13 to be driven not by being directly connected with the servomotor, but via the flywheel 12 while rotating energy is being accumulated, press working at high load is achieved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
