PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process of manufacturing a vane type compressor capable of relatively reducing the amount of application of solid lubricant agent used for forming a solid lubricant agent film at the outer peripheral surface of a rotor.SOLUTION: There is provided a vane type compressor comprising at least a cylinder 8a having a perfect circle inner peripheral surface, and a rotor assembly A including a perfect circle rotor 4 stored in the cylinder 8a with a center P2 thereof being placed at a position displaced against a center P1 of the cylinder 8a. Only the inner peripheral surface of the cylinder 8a is processed on the basis of a size of a prescribed location of the rotor assembly A to cause a thickness L of the solid lubricant agent film 30 formed on an outer peripheral surface 4b of the rotor 4 to become a suitable size from the initial stage without applying any finishing processing so as to reduce an application amount of the solid lubricant agent. |
