<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing building materials eliminating the need of slip sheets being a useless waste, having a small peeling resistance between the building materials when separating the loaded building materials after loading the building material directly to thereby separate the building materials easily, and having a coating film hardly peelable from the building materials. <P>SOLUTION: The method is provided for manufacturing the building materials having the coating films on both sides. The method includes: using an aqueous resin composition containing a resin emulsion and polyfunctional monomer when forming the coating films on both sides of the building materials; applying the aqueous resin composition at least on one surface of the building materials; and irradiating the coating films with an electron beam or an ultraviolet ray. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
