<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system to facilitate selection of shared applications, when the applications are shared among users in a web conference system. <P>SOLUTION: Applications that are permitted to be shared in a web conference system and applications that are not permitted to be shared are previously set.
