The invention discloses a lens measurement apparatus, a lens measurement method and a lens production method. The lens measurement apparatus (1) comprises a workbench (3) moving the lens (7) in the XY plane under the condition that the lens is supported without changing the state of the lens; a first position measurement instrument of measuring the position of the point on a lens surface of the lens moved by the workbench on the Z axis; a second position measurement instrument of measuring the position of the point on another lens surface of the lens moved by the workbench on the Z axis, and a control apparatus for computing the lens shape according to the moving amount of the lens by driven by the workbench and the measurement result of the first and the second position measurement instrument. Therefore, shape of the lens can be measured in a highly accurate and highly efficient way. |
