<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an optical display, with no problem of bubbling, and to provide an energy beam-curable resin composition for laminating such display, high in adhesivity and deformation followability to engineering plastics. <P>SOLUTION: The energy beam-curable resin composition for mutually laminating a display and touch panel, a display and front panel, or a touch panel and front panel, is provided.
