PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately distribute a sales promotion article in detail to a distribution target person who matches the request of a sales promotion article provider, and to improve the responsiveness of the distribution target person.SOLUTION: A sales promotion system includes: first storage means for storing user member information of a plurality of stores and user behavior history information based on user purchase history information of the plurality of stores in association with each other; second storage means for storing sales promotion information and the places of the plurality of stores in association with each other; search means for, when the user member information of a user is updated on the basis of the user's behavior of coming to a first store among the plurality of stores, searching whether or not the user is a distribution target user having a purchase history in any second store among the plurality of stores on the basis of the user behavior history information of the user and the places of the plurality of stores; and distribution means for distributing sales promotion information to the user terminal of the distribution target user. |
