<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer inductor capable of reducing the magnetic flux leaking from a magnetic material layer at the coil end, and minimizing the impact of magnetism on the circuit components in close proximity. <P>SOLUTION: An internal coil 1a is constituted by laminating a plurality of magnetic material layers each consisting of coil conductor patterns 2a-2d and a ferrite green sheet, winding the plurality of coil conductor patterns 2a-2d continuously around one coil conductor 2, and surrounding the periphery of the coil with a magnetic material layer 1b. At both ends of the outermost layer of the magnetic material layer 1b in the center axis direction of coil winding, a low permeability magnetic material layer 1c composed of a magnetic material having a relatively low permeability, and a high permeability magnetic material layer 1d composed of a magnetic material having a relatively high permeability are provided alternately, at least one layer each. Since the electromagnetic waves are reduced by impedance mismatch on the interface of magnetic material layer where the permeability of the low permeability magnetic material layer 1c is different from that of the high permeability magnetic material layer 1d, the leaking magnetic flux is weakened. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
