PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a storage battery-driven inverter controller that because inverter output continues outputting until a bus-bar voltage value drops to a certain value unless operation is intentionally stopped by a user instruction, a charge amount of the storage battery continues to decrease, imposing an upper limit to a time during which the inverter is able to operate, due to a capacity limitation of the storage battery, a phenomenon which sometimes results in the storage battery being exhausted before a power outage is recovered.SOLUTION: This inverter controller operates with a storage battery as DC power supply, so that when the output voltage of the storage battery drops below a prescribed threshold voltage, an inverter output frequency is reduced. Therefore, a speed at which the output voltage of the storage battery decreases can be retarded, making it possible to realize inverter drive for an extended length of time. |
