<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation method or the like for a sewage treatment plant capable of reducing electric power consumption required for operating the sewage treatment plant, without deteriorating the level of sewage purification treatment. <P>SOLUTION: In an operation method for a sewage treatment plant including a reservoir chamber storing sewage, a biological treatment tank performing biological treatment of the sewage stored in the reservoir chamber, a pump device sending treatment water to the biological treatment tank from the reservoir chamber, and an aeration device performing aeration of the biological treatment tank, operations are performed so that a first operation state for stopping the pump device and the aeration device and a second operation state for operating the pump device and the aeration device are switched in one day. Upon the transition from the second operation state to the first operation state, a stop timing of the aeration device is delayed more than a stop timing of the pump device, and upon the transition from the first operation state to the second operation state, an operation timing of the pump device is delayed more than an operation timing of the aeration device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
