<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a high-speed and smooth transfer from a sorting conveyor toward pull-out conveyor sides in respective classification positions. <P>SOLUTION: In agricultural product sorting facilities including push-out devices 20, 20... which come in contact with trays 2, 2... conveyed by the sorting conveyor 9 when receiving sorting signals for each grade and class and transfer the tray 2 to the pull-out conveyors 12, 12..., each push-out device 20 includes: a pair of pressurizing parts 21L and 21R; and an operation part 22 to move the pressurizing parts 21L and 21R backward and forward. The operation part 22 includes: a rotating plate 25 which rotates about the center vertical drive shaft 24, and supports the pressurizing parts 21L and 21R so that they may freely rotate about vertical support shafts 23L and 23R located on both end sides; and attitude control parts 27a, 27b and 27c provided between the vertical drive shaft 24 of the rotating plate 25 and each of the vertical support shafts 23L and 23R, and configured to move the sides contacting with the tray of the pressurizing parts 21L and 21R toward the sorting conveyor 9. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
