<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reclaimer that eliminates the need for a liner 20 by a simple mechanism. <P>SOLUTION: The reclaimer includes a ring-shaped rotary frame which rotates up and down around a rotary shaft extending in a right-left direction, and a bucket fixed to the rotary frame. The bucket includes a raking-in opening positioned at least partially and radially outside the outer edge of the rotary frame and opened toward a movement direction, a bottom surface part opposed to the raking-in opening in the movement direction, and a discharge port opened inward in the radial direction of the rotary frame. The attaching angle of the bucket to the rotary frame is set to a state of being inclined by a predetermined angle, in a direction opposite to bucket movement direction with respect to the radial direction of the rotary frame.
