The invention provides a sun shielding device. A base component (26) is formed in a manner that on condition that sliding guiding is performed on a carriage body part (20) along a length direction, the carriage body part is supported in a manner that the carriage body part can rotate along a length-direction axis to an assembling position of the carriage body part. A locking mechanism (34) limits rotation of the carriage body part from the assembling position on condition that the carriage body part is configured to the assembling position. Furthermore, a fastening part (36) which is formed integrally with the carriage body part (20) fixes a light shielding plate (12) in a manner of sandwiching the light shielding plate (12) between the fastening part and the base part on condition that the carriage body part is configured to the assembling position. |
