<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a gap or a step between a door outer panel and the cover of a door mirror in the case where a mirror base is fastened and fixed to a door inner panel. <P>SOLUTION: In a mount structure for a vehicular door mirror, a mirror mounting part 13 is formed in the front end portion of a window frame part 10 of a door panel 2a of a vehicle, and a door mirror 1 comprised of a door mirror body 3 and a mirror base 21 is mounted on the mirror mounting part. The mirror mounting part is constituted of a door outer panel portion 16 around a hole part 14 provided to the door outer panel 7 and a door inner panel portion 15 exposed within the hole part. The mirror base 21 is fixed to the door inner panel portion, and a cover 6 covering the mirror base outside of the mirror base is mounted on the door outer panel portion.
