PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To switch over a station-side device without interrupting communication.SOLUTION: First, by rewriting a routing table, a downlink data signal destined to an ONU to be switched over, which is registered in a first OLT, is transmitted to a second OLT. Next, during buffering in the first OLT, a notification to the effect that a downlink data signal destined to the ONU to be switched over is no more existent is made to an integrated control unit. Next, a second OLT starts transmitting a downlink data signal to the ONU to be switched over. |
