PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road sign body having an excellent function as sign, with high durability.SOLUTION: A road sign body comprises a base and a flexible column body rising upward from the base. The column body is provided with a plate part, an intermediate part which extends from the lower end of the plate part and gradually forms into a cylinder as going down, and a cylindrical bottom which extends downward from the intermediate part and to be fixed to the base. The plate part, the intermediate part, and the bottom are formed of one component. Since the intermediate part is disposed between the plate part and the bottom, and since the plate part, the intermediate part, and the bottom are formed of one component, a concentrated force is hardly applied between the plate part and the bottom when an external force is applied to the plate part resulting from a contact with a vehicle or the like. Consequently, damage to the column body is suppressed. |
