PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game control device which proposes one form of a game using position information on the real world, and especially, on the basis of the position information on the real world, enables execution of a continuous game.SOLUTION: A game control device which is connected to a user terminal communicatively has: a position acquisition section which acquires terminal position information indicating the position of the user terminal in the real world; a determination section which determines whether or not the user terminal exists in a predetermined area on the basis of the acquired terminal position information; and a game-right granting section which grants a right to start a first game to be held during a predetermined period to the user terminal after the determination by the determination section, when the determination section determines that the user terminal exists in the predetermined area. |
