PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communications system, a radio communication method, a radio base station device, and a mobile terminal device, in which a duplex system is effectively applied, in a communication system having a frequency bandwidth configured with a plurality of basic frequency blocks.SOLUTION: A frequency bandwidth, to be allocated for communication between a radio base station device and a mobile terminal device, is configured with a first basic frequency block applying FDD system and a second basic frequency block applying TDD system or half duplex FDD system. A first downlink L1/L2 control signal corresponding to the first basic frequency block and a second downlink L1/L2 control signal corresponding to the second basic frequency block are allocated to a downlink radio resource on one of either the first or the second basic frequency block, and a downlink L1/L2 control signal, corresponding to the other basic frequency block, is frequency multiplexed in a downlink shared channel region on the one of the basic frequency blocks. |
