<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide, by displaying the situation of safety confirmation in the surroundings of a vehicle, enough information to confirm the safety in the circumstances in which the safety confirmation around the vehicle is always required. <P>SOLUTION: A cabin imaging unit 101 takes images of a driver in a vehicle. A sight line direction detecting unit 104 analyzes the images taken by the cabin imaging unit 101, and detects face directions and sight line directions of a driver.
