1. A cover sheet for placement between a person and a support surface comprising:
a first end, a second end, a first side and a second side; an air mover; a first outer layer comprising a vapor permeable and air impermeable material, the first outer layer being configured to be placed adjacent the person; a second inner layer comprising a spacer material with a first surface facing the first outer layer and a second opposing surface, wherein the first and second surfaces extend between the first end, the second end, the first side and the second side; and a third outer layer comprising an air impermeable material, the third outer layer being configured to be placed adjacent the support surface, wherein:
the second layer is between the first layer and the third layer;the air mover is configured to create air flow through the spacer material; andat least one of the first layer and third layer is bonded to the second layer across substantially the entire first surface of the second layer so as to minimize formation of spaces therebetween having lower flow resistance than a flow resistance through the second layer.
