<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel pipe renewal method for easily renewing a branch pipe portion in a pipe installed while a piping route is fixed, through an easy work, and to provide a pipe renewal kit and a pipe joint to be used in the pipe renewal method, and a pipe renewal structure constructed by the pipe renewal method. <P>SOLUTION: A pipe 100 is renewed by using: a pipe joint 2 that satisfies 2×L<SB POS="POST">2</SB>≤L<SB POS="POST">1</SB>, wherein L<SB POS="POST">1</SB>is an insertion length in a first receiving port 211 and L<SB POS="POST">2</SB>is an insertion length in a second receiving port 212, by a stopper part 213 provided on an inner wall surface of a joint body 21; a straight first relay pipe 3 with one end coupled to the pipe joint; a straight second relay pipe 4 with one end coupled to the pipe joint; a first connection adaptor 5 coupled to the other end of the first relay pipe 3; and a second connection adaptor 6 coupled to the other end of the second relay pipe 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
