a transmission control unit configured to generate, in response to a pulse signal having a first pulse width, transmission control signals with a second pulse width larger than the first pulse width and synchronization control signals with a third pulse width larger than the second pulse width; a transmission unit configured to receive an input signal in synchronization with the pulse signal and transmit the input signal in synchronization with the transmission control signals; a reception control unit configured to generate reception control signals in response to the synchronization control signals; and a reception unit configured to receive the input signal transmitted from the transmission unit in response to the reception control signals.
