PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow complicated processing to be executed in an information processor performing voice recognition.SOLUTION: When a phoneme matches a phoneme stored in advance, and the continuity of the matched phonemes matches an information descriptor candidate phoneme stored in advance in a voice stream, the continuity of phonemes is made to be a meta-information descriptor. The meta-information descriptor is detected only if another prescribed meta-information descriptor is previously detected at the time of detection.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
