PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems with conventional grating fixation methods, including that: if fixed on a structural beam and others directly by welding, a coating could get damaged by welding and removal is not possible after fixation; if fixed with a fixing bolt welded on a structural beam and others, position adjustment is not possible at a site if welded in a factory, and coating could get damaged if welded at a site; if fixed with a bolt inserted into a hole drilled on a structural beam and others, position adjustment is not possible at a site if the hole is drilled in a factory, and work is difficult if the hole is drilled at a site; and if fixed with a bolt of an exclusive metal fitting tightened and inserted into a structural beam and others, the bolt is likely to get loose and fall off due to aging.SOLUTION: Using a fitting hook for a grating fixation rail that may be installed at any interval in a factory beforehand and a grating fixation rail having holes drilled at a set interval, a grating is fixed on a structural beam and others in a removable way with a fixing metal fitting that allows a fixation position to be adjusted freely, without welding and hole drilling work at a site.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
