PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit structure capable of inhibiting heat radiation performance from being deteriorated by a recess generated by forming a protruding part which enters into an opening formed in a substrate, and to provide a manufacturing method which enables easy manufacturing of the circuit structure.SOLUTION: In a circuit structure 1, a protruding part 21 which enters into an opening 12 formed in a substrate 10 and is connected with a terminal 33 of an electronic component 30 is formed in a conductive member 20. A recess 22 generated by forming the protruding part 21 is covered by a base member 90 supporting the conductive member 20, and an embedded member 40 having heat conductivity higher than air is provided in the recess 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
