PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery system monitoring device capable of detecting current leakage on the voltage input side.SOLUTION: A battery system monitoring device comprises: a cell controller IC 100 for controlling a cell group 120 composed of a plurality of battery cells 110 connected in series; and a plurality of voltage detection lines SL1 to SL5, each of which is for measuring voltage between terminals of a battery cell 110 and connects each of positive and negative electrodes of the battery cell 110 with the cell controller IC 100. The cell controller IC 100 can measure voltage between terminals of each of the plurality of battery cells 110 through each of a plurality of voltage measurement paths having different impedance. The battery system monitoring device detects leakage of a battery system on the basis of voltage between terminals of the battery cell 110 measured through each of the plurality of voltage measurement paths.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 20
