PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat air blowing control device and a seat air blowing control method which suppress increase of air blowing noise with respect to an occupant seated on a seat according to a travelling state of a vehicle.SOLUTION: An air blowing control device 1 for a vehicular seat includes a blower 2 and a ventilation hole 62 provided on a backrest surface and for passing air sent from the blower. The air blowing control device for a vehicular seat includes: a direction detection unit 3 for detecting a right turn state and a left turn state of the vehicle; and a control unit 4 for lowering rotational frequency of the blower when the right turn state or the left turn state is detected by the direction detection unit. Therefore, by decreasing an air amount of the blower by decreasing the rotational frequency of the blower when in the right turn state or the left turn state of the vehicle in which a posture of the seated occupant changes, an air-blowing sound which the blower generates and a passing sound of the air passing through the ventilation hole are reduced, and noise reaching the ears of the seated occupant can be suppressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
