PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device in which the surface of an active region constitutes the interface with an insulting film, in an active region on the opposite side of a FD across a gate electrode, and can suppress noise occurring on the surface.SOLUTION: In the plan view, an imaging device has an active region including a first region and a second region, arranged across an electrode, and a portion of the active region located below the electrode constitutes at lest a part a capacity. A first conductivity type first semiconductor region constituting a part of floating diffusion is arranged in the first region, a second conductivity type, opposite from the first conductivity type, second semiconductor region is arranged in the second region, and an insulating film is arranged on the second semiconductor region.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
