PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device having high reliability, and a display device and an electronic apparatus that comprise the semiconductor device.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device comprises an oxide semiconductor film, a gate insulating film, and a gate electrode on a substrate in this order. A thick film portion is provided on at least one end of the gate insulating film.
