摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a radiation performance from being reduced and to easily place a reactor onto a heat dissipation sheet.SOLUTION: Sidewall parts 60 and 62 and a central wall part 64 of a lower mold member are formed in such a manner that only a central protrusion (e.g., a protrusion 60a) that is formed so as to protrude at a position corresponding to gap members 24a and 24b is abutted to side faces of heat dissipation sheets 40 and 42. The heat dissipation sheets 40 and 42 are prevented by the protrusion from being deformed outside of portions corresponding to the gap members 24a and 24b. Therefore, the reduction of the radiation performance can be prevented by suppressing reduction of adhesion between peripheries of the gap members 24a and 24b of a reactor 20 in which heat is easily generated, and the heat dissipation sheets 40 and 42. Further, the heat dissipation sheets 40 and 42 are allowed to be deformed outwards in portions which are not abutted to the sidewall parts 60 and 62 and the central wall part 64, such that the reactor 20 can be easily placed on the heat dissipation sheets 40 and 42.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
