PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass composition and a heat medium which has flowability at around 350°C and can be used at a high temperature of 600 to 650°C.SOLUTION: There are provided a glass composition and a heat medium which comprise sodium oxide or silver oxide (I), vanadium oxide, boron oxide and tellurium dioxide as the components, wherein when the total of the components is defined as 100 mol%, the content of the vanadium oxide is 5 to 12 mol%, the content of the boron oxide is 15 to 36 mol%, the content of the tellurium dioxide is 30 to 72 mol% and the content of the sodium oxide or the silver oxide (I) is 45 mol% or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3A |
