PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means which is capable of preventing a root from being generated from a lower end part of a scion in a rootstock and extending downward, and grafting the scion and the rootstock approximately coaxially, easily and accurately while preventing them from being misaligned.SOLUTION: A grafted seedling 1 is formed by grafting a scion 2 and a rootstock 3 approximately coaxially. A protrusion part 4 is formed on a lower end vicinity part of the scion 2. On the other hand, a recess part 5 is formed on an upper end vicinity part of the rootstock 3. Herein, the protrusion part 4 and the recess part 5 are formed into complementary shapes, and the scion 2 and the rootstock 3 are grafted in the state where the protrusion part 4 is inserted into or fitted with the recess part 5. The protrusion part 4 is defined by a V-shaped peripheral surface 6, a first V-shaped external surface, and a second V-shaped external surface.
