PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing acidic powder for an emulsified beverage swiftly dispersed and dissolved without generating an ununiform flocculated matter only by stirring in a degree of being added to an emulsified beverage such as a cold milk and being mixed with a hand without requiring special stirring mixing equipment and also having a mild acidity in that like a fermented milk, and acidic powder for an emulsified beverage obtained by the production method.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for producing acidic powder for an emulsified liquid comprising: a step where powder raw materials including a fine powder acidulant are mixed to prepare mixed powder; a step where a binder liquid including water or/and ethanol is prepared; and a step where the mixed powder is sprayed with the binder liquid.SELECTED DRAWING: None
