PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer which can correct a color shift due to a special property of print data.SOLUTION: A printer includes: an image formation part which prints with use of plural color inks on a transfer film according to print data; and a control part which stores or creates pattern data of a pattern configured from each color of inks, and so synthesizes the print data and the pattern data that a print image of the pattern data overlaps a part of a print image of the print data. The control part corrects a printing start position of a pring image of at least one color, among print images which should be printed with plural color inks according to inputted first information concerning shifts between respective colors of inks constituting a pattern generated when an image is formed on a transfer film by the image formation part according to the synthesized pint data, onto the transfer film by a thermal head of the image formation part (S118 to S122).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13 |
