PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive pattern manufacturing device capable of improving energy efficiency in firing by high frequency heating.SOLUTION: A conductive pattern manufacturing device includes a patterning means forming a pattern of composite ink on a substrate and a firing means firing the pattern by high frequency heating. The composite ink is obtained by mixing a material having a relative permeability of 200 or more or a particle material of a carbon micro coil and conductive ink having a resistivity after firing of 1-2,000 μ&OHgr; cm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
