PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED light emitting device which enables improvement of the light reflective index in a light emission wavelength region of an LED.SOLUTION: An LED light emitting device (1) includes: a mounting substrate (10) formed by a metal base (12); a circuit board (20) having an opening part (21) and fixed onto the mounting substrate; a multilayer film (60) laminated on a portion of the mounting substrate, which is exposed from the opening part and excludes a portion to which the circuit board is fixed, and including silver as a light reflection material; and an LED element (30) mounted on the multilayer film.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
