摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro-thermal actuator which is large in deformation quantity and fast in reaction speed, and which is allowed to operate to intricately bend, and enables the materialization of different functions.SOLUTION: An electro-thermal actuator of the present invention comprises: at least two operating part; and at least two electrodes. Each operating part includes a flexible polymer structure and a carbon nanotube paper. The at least two operating parts are electrically connected to each other, whereby at least one conducting path is formed. The at least two electrodes are spaced apart from each other, and electrically connected to the carbon nanotube papers in the at least two operating parts, which are arranged so that an electric current is input to the at least one conducting path. In each operating part, the carbon nanotube paper has a conductivity of 1000-6000 S/m in a direction of electric current.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
