PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor which can timely recommend information desired by a user to see or get from various content information without requiring an input operation of a preference keyword or the like by the user and requiring control by an external server.SOLUTION: An information processor 100 which can execute processing including display of content information on display means in accordance with an operation of a user comprises: user specification means which specifies a user facing the display means; preference accumulation means which accumulates at least attributes of content information processed by the operation as preference information on the specified user; habit accumulation means which accumulates at least the content of processing according to the operation and the execution time of processing as habit information on the specified user; and content recommendation means which recommends executing prescribed processing at prescribed time on the basis of the habit information for the content information selected on the basis of the preference information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
