PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination system that has a luminaire, a first power source comprising a solar battery, and a DC second power source connected to the first power source in parallel, can perform a natural light tracking operation of varying the illuminance of the luminaire interlockingly with the output of the solar battery by using the first power source, and a stable illuminance operation of keeping the illuminance of the luminaire constant by using the second power source, and automatically switch start and stop of the stable illuminance operation on the basis of the output of the solar battery, and can prevent rapid variation of illuminance occurring when the stable illuminance operation is started and stopped.SOLUTION: A illumination system gradually increases the output of a second power source for a predetermined time to obtain constant illuminance when a stable illuminance operation is started, and gradually reduces the output of the second power source for a predetermined period and performs a natural light tracking operation when the stable illuminance operation is stopped.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
