PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a buffer structure, a shock absorbing board and shoes in which the structure is simple, the shock applied by exercise or the like is absorbed to reduce the burden on the foot or the like and can be converted to the next kinetic energy, and breakage and deterioration are hard to be caused.SOLUTION: A spring part 6 being a buffer structure is strip-shaped and has elasticity, and a cross section is folded back to the upper part several times at intervals in one side across a central line L passing the vertex, and also is shaped to be folded back to the lower part several times at intervals in the other side. Preferably, the cross section of the spring part 6 may be shaped such that the folded parts 6a projecting to the central line L direction face each other and the folded parts 6b projecting in the reverse direction face each other across a central line L. A shock absorbing board is provided with a plurality of spring parts 6, and shoes have the buffer structure or the shock absorbing board built therein.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
