PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for facilitating the early diagnosis of a disease and health administration by recognizing an intracorporeal state only by imaging external appearance of a subject.SOLUTION: A biological observation system for predicting a state inside a living body to be an observation target includes: a camera for imaging the external shape change of a living body before/after body motion transformation so as to obtain multiple images; a difference calculation section for comparing the multiple images and calculating a difference in external size and shape before/after the body motion transformation; a biological database for storing characteristics of an external difference of a living body and a state pattern inside the living body by association; a database search section for searching the state pattern inside the living body being the observation target with referring to the biological database on the basis of the difference calculated by the difference calculation section; and a display section for outputting a search result by the database search section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
