PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device, display device control method, and program capable of recognizing circumferential information of a mobile body at a time designated by a user.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle device 1 with a display device applied thereto includes a destination acquisition section 120 for acquiring a destination; a route search section 130 for searching a guide route to the destination acquired by the destination acquisition section 120; a calculation section 140 for calculating an estimation arrival time concerning one or multiple arbitrary spots on the guide route searched by the route search section 130; a time operation section 150 for designating a time; and a display control section 160 for displaying circumferential information of a vehicle at the time designated by the time operation section 150 on the basis of the calculation result of the calculation section 140.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
