PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excrement treating material excellent in economical efficiency, and an animal toilet using the same.SOLUTION: An excrement treating material 30 is equipped with a core part 32 and a coating part 34. This coating part 34 is disposed to cover the core part 32.
