PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable setting of a primary channel corresponding to a communication state per transmission device while giving priority to a primary channel set by another transmission device, and thereby to improve frequency utilization efficiency.SOLUTION: A radio transmission device comprises: channel monitoring means that monitors the use state of each channel that is used and the communication state of each channel; and transmission channel control means that, when another radio transmission device is setting a primary channel, determines good or bad of the communication state of the primary channel on the basis of information from the channel monitoring means, sets the primary channel as a primary channel of the radio transmission device if the communication state of the primary channel satisfies a prescribed determination criterion, and sets another channel the communication state of which satisfies the prescribed determination criterion as a primary channel of the radio transmission device when another radio transmission devices are not setting a primary channel, or if the communication state of the primary channel does not satisfy the prescribed determination criterion on the basis of the information from the channel monitoring means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
