PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording material conveyance mechanism which reduces variations of a pressing force of a push-in member while inhibiting enlargement of a device in a recording material transfer direction and a vertical direction.SOLUTION: A recording material conveyance mechanism 300 includes: a rotor 16a which directly or indirectly presses and coveys a recording material; a rotary shaft 16b which protrudes in a longitudinal direction of the rotor; and a push-in member 320 extending in the longitudinal direction of the rotor. One end of the push-in member 320 has a fixing part 320d fastened to a frame 310 and the other end has an action part 320b which directly or indirectly pushes in the rotary shaft.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
