PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder mixer which enables a user to easily remove the remaining powder and check the remaining powder and facilitates mixing of the powder existing in an area of a gap between a mixing impeller and a bottom surface of a treatment tank.SOLUTION: A powder mixer 1 houses powder in a treatment space S and rotates a rotary member 3 provided in the treatment space S to mix the powder. A treatment tank 2 includes: a bottom surface 23a forming a bottom of the treatment space S; and a discharge port 7 which discharges a supplied gas into the treatment tank 2. The rotary member 3 includes: a shaft part 31 extending in a vertical direction; and a mixing impeller 32 which is provided in the shaft part 31 so as to be spaced away from the bottom surface 23a and rotates with the shaft part 31 to agitate the powder.
