PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil winding device capable of stably manufacturing a hot rolled coil of high quality.SOLUTION: A coil winding device 1 which winds up a steel strip 11 rolled by hot rolling equipment to form a hot rolled coil 12, includes: a depression roll 2 positioned on an upper side of a plate passing passage of the steel strip 11; a pinch roll 3 disposed on a downstream side of the depression roll 2 and sending out the steel strip 11; and a mandrel 4 which winds up the steel strip 11 sent from the pinch roll 3 in a coil-shape. The depression roll 2 suppresses the floating of the steel strip 11 on an upstream side of the pinch roll 3, when a tip end portion of the steel strip 11 passes by the pinch roll 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
