PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable winning device that stabilizes a winning operation of game balls winning to a winning port and has high reliability of the opening and closing operation of the winning port.SOLUTION: In the normal, an opening/closing member 31 is held in a closed position closing a ball entry opening 32a of a case body 32, and makes game balls flow down along a game board. Also, on condition that a predetermined condition is established, a solenoid 33 is energized, and the opening/closing member 31 and a movable derivative 31b are displaced from a first position to a second position through a rocking member 35, and thereby the game ball entered from the ball entry opening 32a is guided to a winning port 32b and a prize is won. When it is detected that the winning game balls reach a predetermined number by a prize-winning ball detection switch 36, the solenoid 33 is demagnetized, and the opening/closing member 31 and the movable derivative 31b are displaced from the second position to the first position. The opening/closing member 31 closes the ball entry opening 32a and inhibits ball entry in the case body 32 of the game ball.
