PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve lighting efficiency.SOLUTION: A lighting film 1 changes propagation directions of incident light to exit and includes a plurality of louvers 11 formed as spaced along one surface of the film and a base part 12 disposed around the plurality of louvers. When the lighting film is disposed with the film surfaces along a vertical direction, each of the plurality of louvers has a first face 11a for specular reflection which is disposed at a top side and extends in a direction intersecting the one surface of the film, and a second face 11b which is disposed at a bottom side and extends in a direction intersecting the one surface. The second face has at least one of a refractive index interface with the base part and a specular reflection surface. The second face is disposed as inclined to be closer to the top side along a direction from the one surface side toward the other surface of the film.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
